RIANNE ROGGEMA

Rianne Roggema is an entrepreneur, leadership trainer, and moderator with an international background. Throughout her life, she has chosen to start over in completely new places, building a life and career far from where she grew up. She spent nearly ten years in Myanmar, where she built and led several fast-growing companies before returning to the Netherlands after the military coup to begin yet another new chapter.
These experiences have given her a deep understanding of what it means to leave the familiar behind, adapt to different cultures, and ultimately discover where you belong.
Today, through her company Practic, Rianne helps organizations turn strategy into action using proven start-up methodologies such as OKRs and Sprints.
She also recently opened a restaurant (Lili's Eetcafé) together with her Jamaican partner, where a different chef from a different country cooks every week: sharing authentic dishes and the stories behind them. It has become a place where cultures meet through food, music, and conversation.
The theme To Belong resonates deeply with Rianne's own journey. Having experienced firsthand what it means to find your place across countries, cultures, and careers, she is especially excited to contribute to the conversations throughout this conference.
