Primevest Capital Partners is a specialist European real assets investment manager and platform builder, serving both institutional and private investors. Holland Immo Group is Primevest's dedicated platform for private investors, developing and managing selected real asset investment solutions. From our offices in Utrecht, Berlin and Eindhoven, we combine local expertise with European execution capabilities across three core investment platforms: mobility infrastructure, digital infrastructure and living.
Our defining capability is not simply the assets we manage, but the platforms we build. We identify specialist European real-asset markets, gain access through local expertise, sector networks and proprietary data, and aggregate and actively improve assets. By combining entrepreneurial execution with institutional discipline, we develop specialist and fragmented markets into scalable investment platforms aligned with the long-term objectives of our investors. Across the group, a common operating platform for data, systems, governance and reporting supports consistent institutional execution.
